Try and understand what we (as a country) are dealing with so we can protect those who need to be.
I'm not against gambling, nor do I think online poker is gone for good, but we have to be able
to enforce certain regulations in order to protect our young people. There are too
many issues right now and it's wrong to act rashly and legalize online gambling
because of money. We still don't understand how this industry can affect people,
their families, their homes. Perhaps it's the same as casino gambling, or
maybe it's more serious. Since online gambling is still so new, we have to
make a conscious effort to do this the right way or not at all.
